Around the Watercooler

Conference calls, tongue depressors, chalkboards – there’s so much to do in one day.
Working women face these and other similar challenges such as managing time, balancing work and close relationships and maintaining integrity while eyeing the corporate ladder.

Rather than going it alone, check out Around the Watercooler, regular breaks for women put on by Wooddale Women’s Ministries.

Enjoy some dessert and a beverage from the coffee bar while chatting with other women who may also experience situations like yours.

The purpose of Around the Watercooler goes much deeper, though. These times provide a chance to learn how to bring your faith into the working world. Learn from one another about practical ways to show the love of Jesus at work. Hear how others regularly pray for co-workers and managers. Remind one another about how a proper attitude and work ethic can make an impact. Come to be refreshed and leave better equipped to affect your workplace.
