Beginning September 2011, each individual or family that attends LOVE IN[DEED] Just Show Up and Serve will be required to fill out and sign a new Waiver & Release form. If you have not already filled out a Waiver & Release for 2011/2012, please download one, fill it out, and bring it to the next Just Show Up and Serve, or send it in. Waiver forms will also be available at the next Just Show up and Serve] event.

We will only need one waiver per family or household per year, so be sure to include all members of your family who may want to participate in LOVE IN[DEED] Just Show up and Serve over the course of the upcoming year.
