Ensures volunteers are at the welcome kiosk for all services. Creates schedules, ensures all necessary paperwork / information is at the desks each weekend. Contacts potential volunteers and is responsible to train new volunteers as needed.

Responsible for a warm welcome to all attending weekend services. If someone needs directions or information, takes them to the Information Desk. Warm smile, kind voice, sometimes a handshake is a must.
Ensures greeters are at each entry for all services. Creates schedule, contacts potential volunteers and is responsible to train new volunteers as needed.
Responsible for ensuring the parking lot runs smoothly for each service. Provides a smile and guidance for parking whether rain, snow, sleet or sunshine.
Ensures parking cones are in place and ready to go before the traffic rush for each service. Creates schedules, contact potential volunteers and responsible for training of new volunteers.
Greets and welcomes those attending weekend services and provides direction to attendees if seating is needed. Distributes programs as attendees enter. Assists with gathering offering at each service. Sorts money and attendance cards and helps to pick up the trash in the worship center after the service.
Ensures ushers are at each entry for their specific service. Creates schedules, contacts potential volunteers, responsible to train new volunteers as needed.
Monday morning meet with others and restocks the pews with attendance cards, sermon note cards, etc. Loves organization and values having the necessary information and tools available for worship services.
Creates weekly schedule, contacts potential volunteers and is responsible to train new volunteers as needed.
Volunteers meet on Friday mornings to “stuff” the Wooddale Weekly with the Prayer and Praise sheets and scheduled informational inserts. Loves communication and understands the importance of keeping all of Wooddale’s attendees informed of what God is doing at and through Wooddale Church.
Helps stuffers on Fridays and is available for general oversight and organization. Is the liason between the stuffers and church staff.
Is responsible for keeping the informational brochure racks throughout the church well stocked. Informs the church staff when brochures need to be reordered. Loves communication and understands the importance of keeping all of Wooddale’s attendees informed of what God is doing at and through Wooddale Church.
