We’ve all heard, “Do you want the good news or the bad news first?” Nobody ever wants the bad news, whether first or last. We all want the good news. However, we know life dishes out some bad news at times. But it is the ultimate Good News that will enable us to overcome any difficult news that comes our way.

The Good News is the message of Jesus through his life, death and resurrection from death. Through Jesus, God offers to restore humanity’s broken relationship with him by offering forgiveness and new life in the Kingdom of God. God has promised to always be with us in our journeys, especially when bad news arrives. Now that’s Good News! So when bad news interrupts your life, focus on the Good News offered through Jesus.
