There are three choices of worship style at Wooddale Church's two campuses:
Our most widely attended worship style is Contemporary Worship which features worship choruses, updated hymns and songs that you may hear on Christian radio stations. Vibrant depth of worship lead by small vocal teams, drums, guitar and various other instrumentation will lead you in worship. There are four options for services in this style....Saturday night at 5:15 p.m. in the Eden Prairie campus Great Room, Sunday at 9:45 or 11:00 a.m. in the Eden Prairie campus Worship Center and Sunday at 9:15 a.m. in the Edina campus Worship Center.
If you are more interested in traditional hymnody the perfect fit for you would be our Traditional Worship style that meets on Sunday mornings in the Worship Center at 8:30 a.m on the Eden Prairie campus and at 10:30 a.m. on the Edina campus. This service is most often lead by organ, piano, and an 80 voice choir. The style is a blend of hymns, rich meaningful worship choruses and applicable works of great classical/sacred composers. String, brass and percussion instruments augment this worship style when applicable.
Newest to the Wooddale worship menu is a more edgy guitar driven music style that meets on Sunday nights. If you prefer a video intensive, interactive, and an artistically stimulating experience you should plan to attend our Sunday evening worship service called "The Gathering" . This service meets in the Eden Prairie campus Great Room at 7 p.m. and is led by a small group of singers, guitars, and drums most often but could also include a variety of other artistic forms.
