Contemporary Worship Choir

Once a month you’ll see the Contemporary Worship Choir, a group of high powered, energetic and enthusiastic Wooddalers who come together to share their passion for worship. Twenty to thirty voices take the stage each month and express their love of worship in their own individual way, some raising their hands, others contemplatively praising, all the while combining their beautiful voices in song to honor God.

You might be wondering how much time this all takes. The choir sings one weekend per month at the Eden Prairie campus and all the rehearsing and singing takes place that week. The week begins with a rehearsal on Tuesday night that lasts approximately 3 hours. The choir comes together again early on Saturday night (4:15 pm) to rehearse and prepare for the Saturday evening service. The choir sings at the additional 2 Sunday morning services as well. The total time committment for the week the choir is up is approximately 10 hours.
