Converting Your Online Account

Our online accounts on www.wooddale.org underwent an upgrade that allows you to login with your email address rather than a User ID.

How do I convert my account?

The account conversion process is simple.  Follow this link, and when prompted, enter your existing User ID and password.

You'll then be asked for your email and new or current password.

Next, you'll be asked to confirm that the email you entered is your by entering the confirmation code that was sent to it.

Here's what the email looks like:

After entering the confirmation code, you will be taken to the success screen.  Your account has now been converted.  You can now login at www.wooddale.org with your email address and password.

I accidentally entered the wrong email address.  What do I do now?

Don't panic.  Simply return to this link and start the process again.

I got an error at the end of the account conversion.  Now what?

If you happened to get an error, simply close out of your web browser and try logging in with your new email address and password.  You can log in at www.wooddale.org/ticket-desk. 

Why do we need to convert our accounts?

The last thing you need is to have to remember another username for another website.  We are happy that you can now login to our website by just remembering your email address.
